Website Wine Bottle Product shots (3)
It has become time and traditional for the Cable Bay Team to hand harvest and foot stomp a small percentage of the fruit, the remaining is then whole-bunch pressed. This has created a lovely textural wine with aromatics, and a complex number with multiple layers. Elderflower, pomegranate, a combination of mangos and limes supported by the freshness of the Island summers sea breeze pour from the bottle. The phenolic structure of this wine is one of its shining features, demonstrating that skin contact and acacia barrels work in harmony to give an experience not to be dissimilar to biting into a juicy apricot. A wine that’s stands alone or can accompany a variety of dishes.
